Senior Data Engineer

At RVU, we're seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team in a hybrid work environment. As a Data Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between our data-producing systems and insight-driven analytics, working closely with teams across the business. Your role will involve shaping the implementation of best data engineering practices, from consistent data collection to managing pipelines and producing gold standard Data Products. You'll be responsible for the quality of data produced and work on democratizing performance of Data metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create end-to-end data solutions
• Designing and implementing a cloud-based Extract-Load-Transform (ELT) platform
• Becoming an expert in handling behavioral data from multiple websites and ecommerce product areas
• Building systems for self-service analytics and data science applications
• Monitoring data performance metrics and responding to incidents
