Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain department equipment and cleanliness

Required Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of meat cutting, wrapping, and preparation techniques

- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in cold environments (35-50°F)
- Experience with profit/loss statements and inventory management
- Computer proficiency for ordering and inventory systems
