Salesforce Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Dallas, TX. This role serves as a named resource and partner for Signature Success organizations, orchestrating deliverables and coordinating the day-to-day customer Signature experience. The ideal candidate will develop deep relationships with customer team members, provide technical recommendations, support Customer Success Strategy, and act as a liaison to Salesforce Technology and Product teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Orchestrate all deliverables for Signature Success organizations
- Develop relationships with customer team members and apply industry knowledge
- Identify opportunities to use the Salesforce platform in key business processes
- Advocate for innovation and early adoption of platform capabilities
- Provide technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements
- Support Customer Success Strategy by monitoring Salesforce adoption and utilization
- Act as a liaison to Salesforce Technology, Product, and Technical Support teams
- Advise customers on technology changes and mitigation strategies
- Identify and address renewal risks for license and success plans subscriptions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or related field
- Proficiency in Apex Data Loader, SOQL, Visual Force, Apex Web Services, Dashboards, Process Builder, Apex Triggers, Apex Language, Java, HTML, and Salesforce Vlocity (3 years)
