Responsibilities For Customer Success Manager

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer business and IT partners
  • Understand customer's top business goals and priorities
  • Act as internal authority on customer's key value drivers and needs
  • Track internal root cause analysis efforts
  • Advocate for customers during high severity cases
  • Coordinate completion of Signature Success catalog services
  • Provide proactive Salesforce feature guidance
  • Advise customers on adoption of new Salesforce features
  • Ensure collaborators understand value of Signature Success
  • Provide regular updates during infrastructure service issues
  • Partner with internal teams for after-hours coordination

Requirements For Customer Success Manager
