Solution Architect

Salesforce Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to join their team in San Francisco, CA. This role offers a hybrid work environment with the option for telecommuting and some travel to Salesforce offices.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, analyzing information, and designing comprehensive solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing issues and obstacles to determine root causes
• Weighing options and choosing appropriate courses of action
• Measuring and revising strategies based on results
• Obtaining customer acceptance by understanding and delivering strategic vision
• Driving difficult conversations vital to implementing business strategies
• Configuring Salesforce CPQ and billing features
• Understanding typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives
• Supporting thought leadership and standard processes both internally and externally
• Advocating for change across the organization

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related field
• Technical skills: Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce Pages/Components, REST & SOAP, Workflow & Approvals, Force.com, Eclipse, Jira, Salesforce Revenue Cloud

Salesforce offers a competitive salary range of $168,397 - $192,500 per annum for this position.
