As a Senior Solution Consultant (also known as Senior Presales Solution Consultant, Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, or Senior Sales Consultant), you'll be responsible for understanding client business challenges and architecting fitting technology solutions based on Salesforce and partner technologies. You'll remove technical objections in the sales cycle and use your creativity, passion, and technical skills to help customers connect better with their stakeholders.
Your role involves facilitating outcome-focused dialogues, developing visions and roadmaps for customers, configuring and demonstrating Salesforce solutions, building sales support materials, establishing business value propositions, and collaborating with extended teams. You'll also participate in trainings and certifications to maintain and enhance your skills.
Key requirements include strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to map business goals to technology solutions, collaboration skills, passion for technology, and knowledge of related applications and web technology. Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce implementations, CRM solutions, technical consulting roles, and proficiency in German.
