As a Senior Solution Consultant (also known as Senior Presales Solution Consultant, Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, or Senior Sales Consultant), you'll be responsible for understanding client business challenges and architecting fitting technology solutions based on Salesforce and partner technologies. You'll remove technical objections in the sales cycle and use your creativity, passion, and technical skills to help customers connect better with their stakeholders.

Your role involves facilitating outcome-focused dialogues, developing visions and roadmaps for customers, configuring and demonstrating Salesforce solutions, building sales support materials, establishing business value propositions, and collaborating with extended teams. You'll also participate in trainings and certifications to maintain and enhance your skills.

Key requirements include strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to map business goals to technology solutions, collaboration skills, passion for technology, and knowledge of related applications and web technology. Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce implementations, CRM solutions, technical consulting roles, and proficiency in German.

Responsibilities For Account Solution Engineer

  • Facilitate outcome-focused dialogue to understand and define customer's business requirements
  • Partner with prospects/customers to develop a vision for their future on the Salesforce platform
  • Configure and communicate the art of the possible through product demonstrations
  • Build additional Sales support material like videos, slide decks and/or interactive prototypes
  • Establish and share a point of view on business value provided by the solution
  • Act hand in hand with the extended team consisting of design strategists, industry guides and product specialists
  • Participate in trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain skills
  • Collaborate with product and enablement teams to provide feedback from the field and drive solution growth
