Responsibilities For Account Solution Engineer

  • Work closely with customers as a trusted advisor to understand their challenges and goals
  • Build relationships with senior executives and key decision makers
  • Manage organizations across industries through discovery sessions and workshops
  • Create Business Architecture and engage with Business/IT
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and demonstrations
  • Present at public marketing events both offline and online
  • Lead solution cycle through collaboration with technical and business resources
  • Present Salesforce & partner solutions while supporting partner relationships

Requirements For Account Solution Engineer

  • 2-3 years experience in Business Applications/SaaS Pre-sales or Post-sales roles
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Data solutions
  • Business case/value engineering experience
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems
  • Experience in translating business requirements across multiple industries
  • Proven time management skills
  • Salesforce experience preferred
