Description For Account Solution Engineer

Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. This role, also known as a Presales Engineer or Presales Consultant, is crucial in demonstrating Salesforce's product offerings to prospects and clients. The ideal candidate will work with SMB customers across the Benelux region, requiring Dutch and/or Flemish language skills.

The position demands a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, focusing on presenting Salesforce's solutions to overcome technical objections and demonstrate business value. You'll be responsible for creating customized demos, understanding customer technology landscapes, and crafting technical sales strategies.

Responsibilities For Account Solution Engineer

  • Understand customer needs and position Salesforce solutions
  • Create and deliver innovative, customized demos of Salesforce products
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of customer technology related to Salesforce solutions
  • Respond to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs to progress Salesforce in the bidding process
  • Participate in ongoing product, sales, and procedural training
  • Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management

Requirements For Account Solution Engineer

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Some experience in a similar role or industry-related background
  • Salesforce Certifications (preferred)
  • Fluency in English plus one regional language (Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with effective time and priority management skills
