  • Understand customer needs and position Salesforce solutions
  • Create and deliver innovative, customized demos of Salesforce products
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of customer technology related to Salesforce solutions
  • Respond effectively to RFIs, RFQs, RFPs to progress Salesforce in the bidding process
  • Participate in ongoing product, sales, and procedural training
  • Achieve quarterly and annual objectives set by management

Requirements For Account Solution Engineer

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry-related background
  • Proficiency in German and English is mandatory; French or Italian is a plus
  • Strong interest and first experiences to dive deep into technology
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player
