Responsibilities For Account Solution Engineer, ESMB - ASEAN

  • Manage ESMB organisations across industries to understand challenges and goals through discovery sessions and workshops
  • Partner with clients and collaborate with internal teams to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions
  • Work on business development, operations and IT strategies, and product demonstrations
  • Solve complex business problems through research and business assessment
  • Demonstrate software demos and rapid prototyping of Salesforce Solutions
  • Build and present customized solutions focused on Salesforce products
  • Develop and deliver customer experience stories aided by Salesforce technologies
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications
  • Lead cross-functional solutions guides and align them to opportunity strategy

Requirements For Account Solution Engineer, ESMB - ASEAN

  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Basic programming experience in HTML and web based technologies
