Responsibilities For Account Solution Engineer, ESMB - Thailand

  • Manage ESMB organizations across industries to understand challenges and goals through discovery sessions and workshops in Thai and English
  • Align innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts
  • Drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions across Salesforce product lines
  • Conduct business development, operations and IT strategies, and product demonstrations
  • Solve ambiguous business problems through research and business assessment
  • Build and present customized solutions and demonstrations of Salesforce products
  • Develop and deliver customer experience stories aided by Salesforce technologies
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications
  • Lead cross-functional solutions guides and align them to opportunity strategy

Requirements For Account Solution Engineer, ESMB - Thailand

  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience
  • Knowledge of relational database and web technology
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Fluency in Thai and English
  • Basic programming experience in HTML and web technologies
  • Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region
