Description For Account Solution Engineer

Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer, also known as a Presales Consultant or Sales Engineer, to join their team in Milan. This role is crucial in the sales cycle, focusing on delivering thought leadership and creating solutions to enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, combining technical expertise with sales acumen to drive customer success.

As an Account Solution Engineer, you'll work closely with the sales team to translate business objectives into compelling technical solutions. You'll be responsible for presenting product offerings, addressing technical objections, and demonstrating how Salesforce's technology can solve unique customer challenges. The role requires a deep understanding of both technology and business processes, allowing you to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives
  • Respond efficiently to RFPs
  • Lead the technical side of the sales cycle

Requirements For Account Solution Engineer

JavaScript
  • Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies
  • Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success
  • Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
