Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to join their team as a key player in the sales cycle. This role, also known as a Presales Consultant or Sales Engineer, involves delivering thought leadership and owning solutions to enhance customer experience. The position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, working closely with the sales team to translate business objectives into compelling recommendations.

As an Account Solution Engineer, you'll be responsible for presenting product offerings, addressing technical objections, and inspiring confidence in Salesforce's technology infrastructure. The role demands someone who can act as a trusted advisor to customers while supporting their transformational journey. You'll need to coordinate solution cycles, understand customer needs, and demonstrate deep industry knowledge.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solution engineering or consultancy, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in dynamic team environments. Technical expertise combined with business acumen is essential, as you'll be responsible for developing and presenting customized demos and solutions to key decision-makers. Fluency in English and Russian is required, with Ukrainian language skills being a plus.

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams
  • Understand customer needs and establish Salesforce's product as the best solution
  • Convey deep understanding of client's industry and technology
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions
  • Build and present customized demos of Salesforce products
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications

Requirements For Account Solution Engineer - Russian

  • Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success
  • Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally
  • Fluency in English, Russian and preferred understanding of Ukrainian language
