Responsibilities For AI Engineer - Agentforce
- Design and implement robust APIs and API framework-related features
- Design and develop generic, customer-facing objects
- Design and experiment with creative prompts to optimize LLM performance
- Implement techniques like few-shot learning and chain-of-thought prompting
- Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for Salesforce-specific applications
- Build and maintain datasets for training and evaluation

Requirements For AI Engineer - Agentforce
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- Strong expertise in LLMs/MLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, Llama) and prompt engineering techniques
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- High proficiency in Java programming language
- Experience in automated testing including unit and functional testing
- Experience in REST-based API development
- Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases
