Salesforce is seeking an Associate Manager for Workplace Services MEP Engineering to join their team in San Francisco. Responsibilities For Associate Manager, Workplace Services MEP Engineering

  • Serve as primary point of contact for MEP maintenance in West Coast office locations
  • Function as subject matter expert in mechanical and plumbing systems
  • Conduct weekly critical asset walkthroughs
  • Maintain relationships with service vendors
  • Handle tenant BMS access and lighting controls programming
  • Maintain records using Computerized Maintenance Management System
  • Prepare quarterly energy consumption data
  • Handle lighting control systems for events
  • Maintain and implement safety protocols
  • Monitor Indoor Air Quality sensors

Requirements For Associate Manager, Workplace Services MEP Engineering

  • Enrollment in or completion of technical training related to plumbing, HVAC, or electrical discipline
  • Knowledge of local, regional, and national regulations related to MEP systems
  • Minimum 4 years experience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or lighting controls systems
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications
  • Proficiency with G-Suite (Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience self-managing time and projects
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the region
  • Comfortable using ladders and skilled in using small handheld power tools
