The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $109,200 to $150,200.

Responsibilities For Associate Manager, Workplace Services MEP Engineering
- Serve as primary point of contact for MEP maintenance in West Coast office locations
- Function as subject matter expert in mechanical and plumbing systems
- Conduct weekly critical asset walkthroughs
- Maintain relationships with service vendors
- Handle tenant BMS access and lighting controls programming
- Maintain records using Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Prepare quarterly energy consumption data
- Handle lighting control systems for events
- Maintain and implement safety protocols
- Monitor Indoor Air Quality sensors
Requirements For Associate Manager, Workplace Services MEP Engineering
- Enrollment in or completion of technical training related to plumbing, HVAC, or electrical discipline
- Knowledge of local, regional, and national regulations related to MEP systems
- Minimum 4 years experience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or lighting controls systems
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications
- Proficiency with G-Suite (Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience self-managing time and projects
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the region
- Comfortable using ladders and skilled in using small handheld power tools
