The Associate Relationship Manager for the Venture Capital Program will be responsible for supporting the growth of strategic Venture Capital (VC) partnerships, bringing unique points of view, analytical rigor, and a broad range of industry knowledge to drive growth. This role demands a blend of operational efficiency, critical thinking, and program management to support the success of Launchpad.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Business Development & GTM Strategy
  2. Startup Engagement & Value Creation
  3. Community Engagement & Event Management
  4. Data Analysis and Strategic Projects

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in venture capital, premier consulting, investment banking, M&A, strategy, startups in enterprise software, or digital transformation. They should possess strong operational and project management skills, exceptional communication and analytical abilities, and experience working at the C-level.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with the senior VC team to deepen partnerships, accelerate value creation for VC firms, and scale the broader team as Salesforce continues to grow. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the GTM roadmap, coordinating internal sales enablement, and ensuring the smooth execution of Launchpad-related campaigns and events.

  • Experience working internationally
  • Exposure to working at the C-level
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and driving insights
  • Willingness to travel as needed (30%+)
