Associate Solution Engineer (New Grad)

Salesforce is seeking an Associate Solution Engineer (New Grad) to join their Success Graduate Program starting February 3, 2025. This role, also known as a "Pre-Sales Engineer" or "Sales Consultant," is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture to prospects and customers. The Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage technical and sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop technical sales strategies, configure and demonstrate solutions, and provide business value.

The Success Graduate Program is designed for recent university graduates, offering exposure to various solutions that create business value for customers. As part of the Solution Engineering (SE) team, you'll work with account teams to give customers confidence in using Salesforce as their preferred technology.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with hands-on product workshops and education sessions
• Helping sales teams with product demo design, build, and delivery
• Supporting RFP responses and requirements documents
• Collaborating with other Salesforce groups to develop and execute solutions programs
• Participating in product, sales, and procedural training
• Covering trade show booth shifts
• Attaining quarterly and annual objectives

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate (within 12 months of the start date) with a major or minor in Computing/STEM, Informatics, Business, Computer Science, Management, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent. You should be passionate about solving challenges, helping people through technology, and excited by constant innovation. This office-based position requires flexibility to travel to customer sites.
