Requirements For Associate Technical Support Engineer, Sales Cloud

JavaScript
  • Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, proxy servers
  • Practical experience in engineering, programming, or technical support
  • Experience with HTML and CSS implementation
  • Understanding of system configuration including web, application, and database servers
  • Experience with database concepts, data management (RDBMS), and SQL
  • Experience in handling complaints and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Japanese (fluent conversation and writing) / English (reading and writing required, conversation preferred)
