As a Marketing Cloud Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Salesforce, you will be a trusted advisor for customers with Signature Success Plan. Your role involves forging deep relationships with customers and account teams, maintaining awareness of key events, needs, potential risks, and value drivers. You'll focus on improving customers' technical and operational health, helping them realize maximum value from their Salesforce investment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customers
- Orchestrating Signature results, experience, and renewal/expansion
- Nurturing relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership
- Helping customers achieve business goals on the Salesforce Marketing platform
- Communicating the value of Signature Success
- Advocating for customers during high severity cases
- Conducting quarterly reviews and providing tailored release recommendations
- Building strong relationships across Sales, Engineering, and Product Management teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant industry expertise
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms
- Proficiency in Swiss-German or French and English
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications:
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing processes and Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce product certifications
- Experience working with Enterprise-level customers
- Additional European languages
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be in-office around 3 days a week when local to an office.
