Salesforce, the leading Customer Company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager with mandatory Salesforce expertise for their Signature Success Plan team. This role combines technical prowess with strategic customer relationship management, requiring 8+ years of relevant experience. The position involves working in 24/7 shifts, specifically night shifts (5:30/6:30 PM - 2:30/3:30 AM IST), and requires hybrid work attendance 2-3 days per week at the Hyderabad office.

The role demands deep product knowledge and technical expertise, focusing on helping enterprise customers maximize their Salesforce investment. As a CSM, you'll be the primary point of contact, bridging technical and business concerns while coordinating deliverables from onboarding through contract renewal. You'll work closely with multiple teams, including Product Management, Sales, Technical Support, and Engineering.
