Responsibilities For Customer Success Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC Experience Mandatory)

  • Function as the Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical and operational configuration
  • Serve as single point of customer accountability for Signature deliverables
  • Cultivate stakeholder relationships with customer's IT and business executive leadership
  • Coordinate completion of Signature Success catalog services
  • Provide proactive Salesforce feature guidance
  • Conduct quarterly reviews and provide tailored release recommendations
  • Act as customer advocate during high severity cases
  • Build relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management teams
  • Available for occasional after-hours or weekend coverage

Requirements For Customer Success Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC Experience Mandatory)

  • 8+ years of relevant industry expertise in Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or related fields
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud and digital marketing processes
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product suite and features
  • Salesforce product certifications preferred
  • Degree or equivalent experience required
