  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs
  • Develop and track metrics to measure the impact of AI tools on developer productivity
  • Create data visualizations to communicate insights and trends
  • Ensure data quality and integrity
  • Design and execute experiments and A/B tests
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Create and enforce processes that ensure quality of work

Requirements For Data Scientist Lead

Python
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
  • Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning
