Responsibilities For DevOps Engineer - Gov Cloud

  • Lead key projects in design, development, and post-release support
  • Collaborate with internal teams for efficient CI/CD pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce issues in Production environments
  • Transform manual processes into automated governance solutions
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation
  • Work with infrastructure teams across Salesforce
  • Research and implement appropriate tools for the job

Requirements For DevOps Engineer - Gov Cloud

  • U.S. citizenship required (U.S. born or naturalized) without dual citizenship
  • 3+ years deploying distributed apps with containers (Docker) & orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, GKE)
  • 3+ years development experience in config management (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Terraform)
  • 4+ years demonstrated ability working within and building on AWS
  • 4+ years Linux system engineering experience
  • 2+ years developing infrastructure and application security
  • 3+ years experience deploying with CI orchestration service
  • 2+ years working experience scripting/programming language
  • Experience with TCP/IP networking protocols and IAAS
  • Experience with Log Management and Analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must complete U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)
