Responsibilities For Director, Infrastructure Engineering

  • Build and operate highly scalable and secure Infrastructure including Microservices Platform
  • Define Microservices platform Operation team's charter and measures of success
  • Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Convert roadmap into goals and sprint planning
  • Manage teams responsible for 24/7 operations support
  • Define and setup necessary monitoring using Salesforce monitoring tools
  • Consult with internal customers on infrastructure solutions
  • Respond to production alerts and assist in diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Define processes for performing regular software releases

Requirements For Director, Infrastructure Engineering
