Salesforce is seeking a Director/ Senior Director of Technical Program Management for Business Systems - Data Cloud and Marketing Automation. This high-visibility role involves driving a program for the planning and execution of next-generation customer data models, marketing lead flows, and AI-based segmentation solutions. The position requires working cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of world-class data products that align with business objectives of both the Marketing Decision Science team and the Marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within Technology, Marketing & Products organizations
- Drive programs from beginning to end, ensuring better workflow and effective communication
- Work closely with executives and key company partners
- Lead the planning and execution of next-generation customer data models, marketing lead flows, and AI-based segmentation solutions
- Align program scope, release planning, and team vision with business goals
- Drive Steering Committee meetings and develop strong partnerships with key functional team members
- Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on goals
- Provide monthly program reviews and updates at sprint reviews
- Create a collaborative environment fostering creativity, innovation, and learning
Requirements:
- 10+ years (Director) or 15+ years (Sr. Director) of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience
- 7+ years conducting and leading SaaS product development programs
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with Portfolio Management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
