Responsibilities For Director, Solution Engineering - Analytics & Data Architecture
- Manage and grow the Solution engineering team
- Partner with Sales leadership to support commercial deals
- Build and nurture C-level relationships across key accounts
- Drive deep Customer Engagement through influencing customers' IT strategy
- Work closely with Sales organization to develop growth plans
- Hire world class talent and manage performance
- Drive transformational change and build engagement at CXO level
- Focus on innovation in solution selling approach
Requirements For Director, Solution Engineering - Analytics & Data Architecture
- 8+ years in leadership roles, especially in Solution Engineering / Pre-Sales
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications
- Knowledge of industry-specific use cases, data architectures, and integration patterns
- Experience in delivering Data & AI solutions
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- Strong technical selling skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Deep appreciation of the CDO role
- Proven grasp of Salesforce platform capabilities
