Requirements For Director, Technical Program Management (Customer Success)

  • 10+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience
  • 3+ years with Portfolio Management at a large technology company
  • 5+ years with direct people management skills
  • Experience with annual long range, quarterly, and program planning & road mapping
  • Understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks
  • 5+ years of conducting and leading SaaS product development programs
  • Strong understanding of AI and Agentic concepts
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of program and financial management concepts
  • Related technical degree required
