Responsibilities For Director, Technical Program Management: Industry Clouds
- Own and drive the cloud operating model by achieving alignment on program scope and release planning
- Drive program core team meetings with key stakeholders
- Develop strong partnerships with key functional stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teammates to drive workgroup alignment meetings
- Provide visibility to program status through push status reporting
- Manage program/feature dependencies across multiple teams
- Anticipate and remove obstacles with a sense of urgency
- Provide weekly program reviews to the executive team
- Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning
- Be a catalyst within the organisation to advance Product & Technology strategy globally
Requirements For Director, Technical Program Management: Industry Clouds
- Overall professional experience of 10 to 20 years with at least 10 years leading large enterprise product programs
- 6+ years of cross-functional team management experience in SaaS
- Experience working in global teams across geographies and time zones
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Deep experience with software development lifecycle
- A related technical degree required
- Experience working in Financial Services and Insurance domains (preferred)
- Experience working with GTM and product launch teams (preferred)
