As a Director of Technical Program Management, you'll lead strategic initiatives for MuleSoft's Integration and Automation platform, which serves organizations across 60+ countries. This role combines technical leadership with program management excellence, focusing on hyperautomation and API-led connectivity solutions.
You'll drive major strategic initiatives from conception to delivery, working with cross-functional teams across global locations (US, India, and Argentina). The position requires expertise in program management, software development methodologies, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. You'll be instrumental in shaping MuleSoft's integration with Salesforce's ecosystem, including innovations in Salesforce API Catalog, MuleSoft Topic Center, and Integration Agents.
As a senior leader, you'll manage complex cross-functional programs, drive strategic planning, and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives. You'll need to quickly understand MuleSoft and Salesforce's technical architecture while building strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, UX, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
