Responsibilities For Engagement Delivery - Sr Project Manager
- Serve as the overall Leader of the project team and exhibit excellent leadership skills
- Be the primary customer interface and perform project management activities
- Build and lead project plans; supervise and review project progress and timelines
- Drive teams through the Software engineering experience using Agile
- Supervise utilization of project resources in alignment with resource allocation and budget
- Lead large projects or programs requiring complex cross-functional teamwork
- Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with crafting project deliverables
- Participate in end to end implementation planning
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with business end users
Requirements For Engagement Delivery - Sr Project Manager
- Proven experience in Project Management with external client projects
- Ability to lead enterprise-wide engagements
- Experience leading project teams of 20+ members
- Project Management Methodology Certification (PMP, SAFe or Scrum)
- Proficiency in Spanish and English language
- Available to travel regionally and internationally
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong budget management skills
- Experience with enterprise-scale CRM software solutions (preferred)
