The Digital Success Engineering team is a diverse, distributed group of software engineers, architects, and engineering managers who collaborate to create Unified Experiences for Salesforce Trailblazers. As customer zero, the team drives innovation by leveraging Salesforce technology to build efficient self-service experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of relevant experience, with deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and proven expertise in managing engineering operations and global support teams. They will be responsible for developing governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with security and privacy requirements, and driving continuous innovation.

Responsibilities For Engineering Manager

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy and legal requirements
  • Establish technical governance standards
  • Monitor platform health and security metrics
  • Manage monthly/quarterly service metrics and incident reviews
  • Lead support processes and develop playbooks
  • Oversee technical issue resolution and maintain SLAs
  • Maintain knowledge bases for issue management
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Lead POCs/Evaluations of new Industry trends and Agentforce features
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements For Engineering Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years experience in Salesforce Administration and cloud products
  • Experience in Salesforce platform governance and engineering operations
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration and customization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Strategic problem solving and executive communication skills
  • Experience with design thinking and innovation techniques
  • Experience in emerging technology adoption and process improvements
  • Market research and competitive analysis skills
