Enterprise Architect

Salesforce Business Technology (BT) is seeking an Enterprise Architect (EA) to join their Enterprise Architecture team. This key role focuses on driving alignment between business and technology by developing and implementing strategic architecture. The position requires mastering the balance between creativity and technology while working with a team trusted to deliver critical business services that scale the organization.

The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for bridging business objectives with IT strategy, ensuring agility, sustainability, and efficiency. They will create architectural models with and without Salesforce products, provide governance, and guide technology decisions to support both current and future business needs. The role involves collaboration with multi-functional business partners, engineers, product managers, and strategic vendor partners to design systems aligned to business strategy with a multi-year technology roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong background in security, compliance, and various technology frameworks. They must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts swiftly.
