Salesforce is seeking a Risk Management and Information Security Manager for their Enterprise Technology Risk Management team. This role involves advising partners on control design, process improvements, and implementing information security controls within various compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead readiness initiatives, communicate recommendations effectively, and influence action in a multi-functional environment. Key responsibilities include executing system readiness lifecycles, supporting AI tool implementation while maintaining trust and security, advising on process improvement, designing controls to reduce risk, supervising compliance, and supporting Information Security/Compliance/SOX readiness initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 6+ years of experience in internal control implementations, and strong skills in data classification, Information Security, and IT SOX. Responsibilities For Enterprise Technology Risk Management and Information Security, Manager
- Lead execution of system readiness lifecycle phases
- Support AI tool implementation while maintaining trust and security standards
- Advise on process improvement through compliance and information security lens
- Design controls to reduce risk and exposure
- Supervise functional teams for compliance to outlined processes
- Support/implement Information Security/Compliance/SOX readiness initiatives
- Design, implement, and test internal controls in response to identified risks
Requirements For Enterprise Technology Risk Management and Information Security, Manager
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of experience on large-scale internal control implementations and testing of Enterprise Data management systems
- Experience in developing and implementing data classification schemes
- Solid background in Information Security, IT SOX, SOC and/or process improvement
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- CISA or CISSP certification (highly desired)
