Responsibilities For Field Service AI Senior Solution Architect

  • Collaborate with and guide customer and implementation teams to design and implement AI solutions for field service scenarios
  • Act as liaison between business customers and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Define customers' KPIs collaborating with operational managers while leading business workshops
  • Design and implement simulation experiments and optimization techniques
  • Apply advanced mathematical and AI-based analysis to review scheduling results
  • Analyze customers' data to identify operational bottlenecks
  • Support communications regarding milestone dates and project risk resolution
  • Support user acceptance testing and manage issue resolution cycle
  • Lead innovation and enhance practice expertise through knowledge base development

Requirements For Field Service AI Senior Solution Architect

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • Certification in Salesforce Admin and Service Cloud
  • Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions using Flows
  • 3+ years experience in customer facing, leading roles in global organizations
  • 3+ years experience in business analysis roles
  • 3+ years experience in problem-solving, analytical roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%)
