You'll work with solution engineers (SEs) to build and support demonstration environments incorporating Salesforce's latest product capabilities.
The position requires expertise in Salesforce platform development, including both declarative and programmatic methods. You'll manage the full delivery lifecycle, from solution design to release certification, while working closely with front-end designers and back-end developers. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll collaborate with stakeholders globally, including SEs, SE Leaders, and product management.

Responsibilities For Industry Solutions Developer
- Manage end-to-end development lifecycle including product backlog assessment and effort estimation
- Collaborate with front-end designers and back-end developers for major release updates
- Architect and deliver declarative and programmatic solutions
- Design and oversee quality-assurance and testing using automated test frameworks
- Collaborate with SE stakeholders for feedback implementation
- Certify features in Salesforce environment before release
- Engage with stakeholders globally
- Create and maintain demo enablement assets
- Meet with product management to understand product roadmap
Requirements For Industry Solutions Developer
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and product management principles
- Experience with Salesforce platform development (LWC, Apex, Flows)
- Experience with Visual Studio Code, CumulusCI, SFDX/SF, command line interfaces
- Experience with Github and source-control tools
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strategic thinking with product vision
- Technical aptitude for data models and system integration
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in pre-sales or Salesforce Implementation (preferred)
- Salesforce certifications (preferred)
