Description For Key Account Solution Engineer (Banking)

Salesforce is seeking a Key Account Solution Engineer specializing in Banking to join their team in London. This role represents a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's leading CRM and enterprise software companies, specifically focusing on the banking sector. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical thought leader who can bridge the gap between business initiatives and technology solutions, with a strong foundation in enterprise architecture.

The position requires someone who can operate as a respected co-leader of the account team, maintaining and developing CxO-level relationships while being able to dive into technical details when needed. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering world-class solution demonstrations, connecting relevant Salesforce case studies and solutions, and driving technical innovation.

As a Key Account SE, you'll work closely with HSBC, requiring deep industry knowledge and the ability to articulate an industry point of view while clearly setting out the case for change. You'll need strong negotiation skills to challenge the status quo effectively and connect complex business challenges to capabilities that deliver positive business outcomes.

The role combines technical expertise with business acumen, requiring you to undertake desktop research, interpret financial reports, and develop customer insights through innovative methods.
