Requirements For Lead Account Solution Engineer

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in the IT Industry
  • Experience in pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions
  • Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solution
  • Business Analysis/Business case/ROI construction skills
  • Experience in sophisticated solution selling to Enterprise customers
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience with Communications and Media Industries (preferred)
