Responsibilities For Lead Account, Solution Engineer - IT/ITES

  • Provide thought leadership in digital transformation
  • Run successful discovery sessions and workshops
  • Build innovative solutions using out-of-the-box thinking
  • Build solution presentations, demonstrations and prototypes
  • Build implementation roadmaps
  • Present business value to managers and executives
  • Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs
  • Lead multiple customer engagements concurrently
  • Integrate cloud applications with existing business applications

Requirements For Lead Account, Solution Engineer - IT/ITES

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • 10-16 years of Strong focus and experience in pre-sales
  • Experience in Technology/ITES Vertical
  • Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solutions
  • Business Analysis/Business case/ROI construction skills
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills
