Responsibilities For Lead Account Solution Engineer - Public Sector

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams
  • Understand customer needs and establish Salesforce's product as the best solution

Requirements For Lead Account Solution Engineer - Public Sector

  • 7+ years combined experience working with Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions
  • 5+ years of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or customer success
  • 2+ years working with Public Sector agencies
  • Salesforce or other certifications related to Artificial Intelligence
  • Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies
  • Proven time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
