Responsibilities For Lead, AI Engineer
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and agents
- Design, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art models, including LLMs and Generative AI frameworks
- Perform model optimization for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Implement advanced feature engineering techniques
- Utilize AI development frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and solve high-value problems
- Deliver technical solutions that improve KPIs or business outcomes
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
- Stay up-to-date with latest AI advancements
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices
Requirements For Lead, AI Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years in data science with experience deploying AI/ML products at scale
- Mastery of Python for data manipulation, machine learning, and software development
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks like scikit-learn, LangChain, and Llamaindex
- Proficiency in Git for version control
- Experience with end-to-end machine learning pipelines using Docker, AWS Sagemaker, Airflow
- Strong proficiency in SQL and ETL processes
- Experience in building RAG solutions, familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP frameworks
