Requirements For Lead Applied Research Scientist - Responsible AI
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI ethics, AI research, Security, Trust & Safety
- Expertise in alignment, adversarial robustness, interpretability/explainability, or fairness in generative AI
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Experience working in technical environment with cross-functional teams
