  • Architect insight solutions that capture product configuration information
  • Ensure technical trade-offs and help drive decisions
  • Develop AI applications to predict issues with Product configuration
  • Influence Product instrumentation for usage & configuration insights
  • Improve Technical Health of Salesforce Products
  • Define and execute product testing and validation strategies
