You'll be developing software solutions and microservices to support network security platforms at various levels, from low-level OS components to datacenter distributed platforms and user interfaces. The position demands a full DevOps approach, where you'll not only develop but also advance and operate these critical security platforms.
Your impact will extend beyond just coding. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the team's engineering excellence by performing code reviews and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure or Security Architecture, with specific expertise in SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS software development, networking, security, and DDoS protection. You should be comfortable working in a high-availability 24/7 environment, with cloud platforms experience being a significant plus.
Your technical skills should include proficiency in object-oriented and multi-threaded programming, with expertise in languages such as Golang, Java, C++, or Python. A strong understanding of Linux systems, networking protocols, and datacenter network architecture is essential. Familiarity with denial of service attacks, OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities, and industry best practices in security will be crucial in this role.
