Lead Solution Engineer - AI & Data Cloud

The role involves being the primary pre-sales technical authority for AI capabilities within Salesforce's product portfolio, spending over 60% of time in customer-facing activities. You'll be responsible for evangelizing Salesforce AI capabilities, assessing customer requirements, and building reference models for GPT-based products within broader Salesforce architectures.

Key aspects include working with enterprise organizations to drive digital transformation, conducting discovery sessions and workshops, and demonstrating business value through solution presentations and prototypes. The position requires expertise in data science, AI algorithms, and business analysis, along with strong communication skills for engaging with C-level executives.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in commercial software, with at least 4 years specifically in AI products and solutions. They should be well-versed in data technologies, machine learning, and modern AI frameworks, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
