Join Salesforce's high-performance Sales Strategy and Operations team in EMEA, where we're seeking a dynamic Manager to drive business growth and innovation for our SMB (Small and Medium-sized Business) segment. Based in our Dublin office, this transformational role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our SMB Business.

As a Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging data-driven approaches to drive and track business performance. Your role will involve interpreting complex KPIs, providing actionable recommendations, and optimizing business operational models. You'll be responsible for defining and implementing effective Go-to-Market strategies, including crucial aspects like segmentation, planning, headcount allocation, and quota distribution.

The position offers unique exposure to extensive sales data through the Salesforce platform and involves close collaboration with sales managers and key stakeholders across functions. You'll be at the intersection of strategy and execution, working with senior leadership to drive business decisions and transformation initiatives.

  • 4-8 years work experience in strategy and operations OR a top consulting firm OR high tech company in a highly analytical role
  • Solid problem solving skills with ability to structure complex problems
  • Strong communication skills for executive presentations
  • Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills
  • Bachelor Degree in analytics field (Finance, Technology, Engineering, Business)
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust to new demands
