Salesforce is seeking a strategic growth-focused Consumption Lead for their Commerce Cloud division to drive adoption, growth, and success within their largest GMV customers. This role combines technical expertise with customer success management, requiring deep understanding of e-commerce architectures and business metrics.
The position reports to the Sr. Director of Consumption COE and focuses on three key areas: Account Growth, Technical Expertise, and Customer Success. You'll be responsible for driving consumption growth through successful implementation of commerce use cases, developing data-driven expansion strategies, and creating technical POCs for commerce opportunities.
As a Manager/Sr. Manager, you'll work directly with C-level executives and operational teams, helping customers fully leverage the Commerce Cloud platform to achieve their e-commerce objectives. The role requires strong technical knowledge of digital commerce architectures combined with business acumen to drive measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of sales/customer success experience with technical expertise, strong experience in enterprise e-commerce solutions, and the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and Commerce Cloud certification are preferred.
