Description For Nonprofit Industry Solution Engineering Senior Manager

Salesforce for Nonprofit is seeking an exceptional Nonprofit Solution Engineering Senior Manager to join their team. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for social impact. As a player-coach position, you'll manage a team of Solution Engineers while actively participating in problem-solving and strategic initiatives.

As a Solution Engineering Senior Manager, you'll work closely with Sales and Industry Solutions teams to drive customer success in the nonprofit segment. Your responsibilities include team management, resource allocation, strategic planning, and building key relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical knowledge, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the nonprofit sector.

  • Proven record of executive presentation skills
  • Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge, interest or background in the nonprofit industry
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proven time management & prioritization skills
  • Technical expertise in CRM, Customer Service, Sales Automation, Digital Marketing, Enterprise Data Systems and Analytics, Business Intelligence, Workflow Automation
  • Ability to travel domestically (up to 50%)
