  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent proven experience
  • 3+ years experience in Technical Sales, Presales/Solution Consulting, Professional Services, or Technical Support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure
  • Deep understanding of customer success principles
  • Experience with escalated customer situations
