Salesforce, the Customer Company, is seeking a Principal Account Solution Engineer to join their team. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen, focusing on the Legal Industry sector. As a Solution Engineer (also known as Presales Consultant or Sales Engineer), you'll be instrumental in the sales cycle, delivering thought leadership and crafting solutions to enhance customer experience. Responsibilities For Principal, Account Solution Engineer

  • Co-lead and contribute to Legal Industry 'Go To Market' propositions
  • Support Marketing and events to drive pipeline
  • Define and agree reference Solution architecture
  • Lead and bring in relevant skills from the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through collaboration
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and demos
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training
  • Respond efficiently to RFPs
  • Lead the technical side of the sales cycle

Requirements For Principal, Account Solution Engineer

  • Strong understanding of Business Fundamentals within legal, professional services industries
  • Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies
  • Track record of solution engineering or consultancy
  • Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally
  • Salesforce Product knowledge and certifications (preferred)
  • Ability to configure and build demonstrations on the Salesforce platform (preferred)
