Responsibilities For Principal Account Solution Engineer - Public Sector

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams
  • Understand customer needs and establish Salesforce's product as the best solution
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and customized demos
  • Lead the technical side of the sales cycle
  • Respond efficiently to RFPs
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications
  • Convey deep understanding of client's industry and technology

Requirements For Principal Account Solution Engineer - Public Sector

  • 7+ years combined experience working with Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions
  • 5+ years of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or customer success
  • 2+ years working with Public Sector agencies
  • Salesforce certifications related to Artificial Intelligence, generative AI and LLM concepts
  • Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies
  • Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
